Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WeBuildPro Global website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WeBuildPro Global provides web design, web development, and digital growth services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Project Agreements

All projects are governed by a written agreement that includes:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Revision and approval process

Work begins only after a project agreement is signed and the initial payment is received.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Invoices are due within the period specified. Late payments may result in a pause of work until outstanding balances are settled. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. WeBuildPro Global retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. All third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Timely feedback and approvals at agreed milestones
• Supplying any required content, images, or assets
• Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us

7. Revisions

The number of revisions included is specified in each project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

WeBuildPro Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
